For whom?
This Meetup is made for anybody who is interested in our organizational structure and culture. At Keytoe we have no managers, no strict rules and full transparency within our organization. That means everybody, from interns to the founders of the company, has access to all the information he or she wants and also has the right to change everything within the organization. Do it yourself or with your colleagues, but do it! What is a normal fact for us makes others doubtful: Can this work and why would you do it like this? Simple answers are usually the best: Because it works and it’s very motivating!
We’ll discuss:
Is this the new form of organization or is it just another hype?
Can everybody work in this fashion?
Is it effective? Can it even be more useful than the conventional way of working?
What are the advantages and disadvantages?
No matter if you are a psychology student and want to apply your skills or you just like to discuss innovative topics. If you want to change your organizational culture or are just searching for inspiration for doing things differently, you are more than welcome to join this evening and share your ideas and questions!
