From 3-6 July 2014, the largest nautical event in the Netherlands takes place in Harlingen. Class A ships from all over the world gather here for the start of the Tall Ships Races 2014 from Harlingen (NL) to Frederikstad (NO). For the first time, a Dutch city is the host for this extraordinary international sailing race, where the largest sailing vessels in the world equipped for training and education compete for the title.
In honour of the start of Tall Ships Races in Harlingen, a four-day maritime event will be celebrated in Harlingen: Harlingen Sail 2014. Wylde Swan is not only taking part in Tall Ships Races 2014, but provides the opportunity to sail along on board Wylde Swan.
July 6th 13:00 – 16:00 all contestants accompanied by hundreds of other ships will sail the Sail Out Parade. Sail along on board Wylde Swan and experience the sail training atmosphere during this spectacular trip!
